To better understand the Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI) phenomena related to the flexible Wave Energy Converters (WECs) and provide robust analysis data for the structural design and new flexible material development, a numerical modelling tool to deal with Fluid-Flexible-Structure Interaction has been developed. With this tool, a series of numerical simulations have been performed to study the performance of different types of flexible WECs, i.e., Oscillating Water Column (OWC) and Anaconda.
